The Shelter is located in the Southwest DuPage Government Center Complex, on the NW corner of County Farm and Manchester Roads, across the street from the DuPage County Courthouse.
- County Farm Rd. is 5 miles W of I-355 and 3 miles E of Rt. 59.
- Manchester Rd. is 1/4 mile N of Roosevelt Rd. (Rt. 38) and 3 miles S of North Ave. (Rt. 64).
