• Assists low income households with the costs of heating, energy improvements, and home repairs
• Supports the DuPage non-profit community by promoting volunteerism, providing grant funding for public services, and managing the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
• Reaches out to the community about available services and resources 
• Serves low income neighborhoods and special needs populations by funding infrastructure and public facilities
• Produces and preserves affordable housing through grants and loans to housing developers
• Supports the York Community Resource Center
