Responsibilities

The Yorkfield Fire Protection District is responsible for providing emergency response fire service to areas of Elmhurst, and unincorporated Elmhurst and Oak Brook. The board governs the affairs and business of the fire protection district. The district has a contractual agreement with the City of Elmhurst to provide fire and emergency medical services to its residents.  View map of the district.

Meeting Schedule

First Monday of each month, 7:00 pm at District offices.

Compensation

$2,500 annually

Applicants must reside in the Yorkfield Fire Protection District and in DuPage County.

3 trustees, 2 of whom are appointed by DuPage County. NOTE: Only those trustees appointed by DuPage County are shown.
