Impact Fee Program Information & Forms

The DuPage County Fair Share Road Improvement Impact Fee Program began in 1989. Its intent is to assist the County in financing highway capital improvements that are made necessary by new development. Fees are assessed throughout the County, in each municipality, based on a fee schedule that is updated regularly. 

For details on program requirements, forms, fee schedules, and document submittal procedures, please see our Impact Fee Procedures Manual included under Impact Fee Application Documents below. This manual includes all of the fee forms and procedures.  We have also included individual forms, maps and schedules below for those returning customers who do not need to review the full procedures manual.
