Hours: Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Salary: $65,000-$73,000 annually

Responsibilities include:
•    Functions as a member of a project team, supports and enhances existing client/server systems
•    Collaborates with various teams and vendors on technical solutions and alternatives to solve business needs; supports Treasurer’s Office and systems
•    Analyzes business environment, processes, systems and organizational structure
•    Understands deliverables and requirements, ensures system test and stability before delivery
•    Works with end users to gather business requirements
•    Documents and gains approval for the scope of the project
•    Develops project plans and participates in implementation
•    Develops and maintains user reference materials/manuals
•    Conducts training for end users

Requirements include the following experience or equivalent combination of training and experience:
•    Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with three (3) years of programming experience

The preferred candidate will have:
•    Strong programming experience with .NET technologies: C#, VB.NET,  Windows Forms;  XML/Flat file processing
•    Database experience in SQL, SSIS packages, MS SQL server databases, Access databases and Crystal Reports and/or MS SQL Server reporting
•    Familiarity with Visual Basic 6 and Dashboard experience a plus
•    Related professional experience in business or financial services industry
•    Knowledge of local and state government structure
•    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
