Hours: Full-Time: Monday-Thursday 10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., 2 Saturdays per month: 7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. *Off the following Friday after working a Saturday

Salary: $29,568 annually

The responsibilities of this position include:
•    Receives and provides direction to the public;
•    Schedules DUI appointments and processes payments;
•    Types criminal histories/court reports, prepares files;
•    Provides coverage for other areas including reception, urinalysis collection, DNA collection, etc.;
•    Provides and explains information regarding the Department and its procedures to the public;
•    Provides back-up for the Department switchboard;
•    May assume responsibilities of the mail clerk if needed;
•    Processes incoming payments and provides assistance to bookkeeping;
•    Performs other work for Support Services as required.

Requirements for this position include:
•    Must be detail and multi-task oriented;
•    Ability to exercise discretion regarding confidential information;
•    Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with frequent interruptions;
•    Proficient in data entry and the use of computers;
•    Skill in providing clerical support;
•    Good verbal communication;
•    Ability to deal effectively with others;
•    Good knowledge of Word and Excel programs;
•    Must be available to work late morning to early evening and Saturdays;
•    Bi-lingual is a plus;
•    Working knowledge of the Court system and the PCMS/Clerk/DUCS system is a plus:
