General Information

Bills are generated every other month in January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Payments can be made on-line, over the phone, through the mail, or in person.

On-line payments

Enrolling in the online bill payment system allows for one-time payments and the ability to schedule recurring payments on the due date of each bill (no convenience fee applies for E-Check/ACH transactions, a $2.35 convenience fee applies to all debit and credit card transactions).  Additionally, enrolling in the online bill payment system allows for access to view E-Bills, set payment reminders, and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.

Pay by phone

One-time payments can be made via credit or debit card ($2.35 convenience fee applies) by calling 855-748-8523.  Phone payments are taken via a secure, automated phone system.

Payments accepted in person include cash, personal check, cashier's check, certified check, or money order. 
Change is not available at either location.

Late Payment Penalties

All account holder's bills shall be considered due by the date indicated on the bill.  An eight percent (8%) penalty will be assessed against the outstanding balance of any bill that has been become past due.  Your bill is not considered paid until the payment is processed by the DuPage County Public Works Department.

If an account holder receives notice that service will be terminated for non-payment, all past due amounts must be paid by cash, credit or debit card ($2.35 convenience fee applies), cashier's check, certified check, or money order.

Note: Well users are billed based on 8,000 gallons per month (16,000 gallons per bill)

Sewer rates are based on all water used including outside usage such as sprinkling lawns and filling pools.

Residents who install a "sprinkler" meter at their own expense, will be given an annual sewer allowance for outside usage.

If you receive water from a supplier other than DuPage County Public Works Department, consumption is based on water meter reading received from your supplier.
