The assessment data listed here is a duplication of the information that our office is required to publish in local newspapers as the result of an individual revision. These parcels were individually re-assessed by the Township Assessor and/or Supervisor of Assessments. This is not a complete list of all parcels. This list represents a snapshot of the of the assessed values as of the newspaper publication date. The information will NOT be updated to reflect any revisions made by the Board of Review or as the result of approved Certificates of Error. These revisions will be listed in separate publications as required by law.

Taxpayer of Record:
The addressee on file for the subject parcel used for tax bill mailings at the time the publication was created.
Fair Cash Value (Land, Building, Total, and Pro-Rate):
The components of the assessed value broken down into an allocation for the land and building portions of the value. A pro-rate is an additional assessment for a new building that was not complete as of January 1st of the tax year.
Dual Value (Dual Land, Dual Building and Dual Total):
The components of the preferential assessed value granted under 35 ILCS 200/10-155 (Open Space Property).
