Reporting a Lost Animal Form

Please fill in the following form to report your animal is lost. Please be very specific (i.e., nearest stoplight would be 2 MAIN crossroads, under color list all colors.) so it's easier for us to compare your report against the strays we are holding. MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON WHEN YOU'RE FINISHED!

Please also contact all Police Departments within a 5 mile radius, you may also want to contact any veterinarians or humane societies in your area and post flyers in the neighborhood.

If any animal matching your description should come in here we will contact you, but you should come into our shelter every 3-5 days to view the strays that are being held here.

For cats, you can leave their litterbox outside, they can detect their own odors and it can help to bring them back. (Don't leave food out, it can attract other wildlife and scare your kitty away!)
