Per revisions to the Regulatory Services  Schedule of Fees adopted by the DuPage County Board as of March 3, 2008

• A non-refundable application fee is required to be paid at the time of submittal of a building permit application.  This fee will then be credited towards your permit fees upon permit issuance
• A one hundred dollar ($100.00) re-inspection fee is required to be paid for all failed inspections PRIOR to the scheduling of a re-inspection. This may be facilitated by phone with the use of a major credit card
