The DuPage Convalescent Center has a 100+ year history of serving the needs of DuPage County residents. Our mission is to provide quality long-term care services in a professional and cost-effective manner, assisting each resident to reach his/her highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being through a full range of therapeutic interventions and activities.

Our facility is divided into 8 different units or neighborhoods anchored by individual nursing stations. Each unit has a head nurse, dedicated nursing staff as well as a recreation coordinator and social services caseworker. Residents’ needs are met through the development of an interdisciplinary plan of care. Residents and their families are part of this team approach and are invited to attend care plan meetings within thirty days of admission and at least every ninety days thereafter.
