Facilities Management

The Facilities Management Department performs the following functions:

  • coordinates construction projects and provides long-term space planning for county owned facilities
  • provides facilities infrastructure and systems maintenance and repairs
  • remodeling; power plant and utility services
  • works with consultants regarding facilities
  • systems and equipment
  • provides janitorial services
  • contracts for facility maintenance & repair services
  • coordinates the use of conference rooms in JTK Administration Building
  • oversees the leasing of County-owned office space to non-County agencies and leases space on behalf of the County
  • maintains blueprints, drawings, plans and specifications for all County-owned buildings
  • provides assistance in emergency situations.
