Facilities Management

The Facilities Management Department coordinates construction projects and provides long-term space planning for county owned facilities; provides facilities infrastructure and systems maintenance and repairs; remodeling; power plant and utility services; works with consultants regarding facilities, systems and equipment; provides janitorial services; contracts for facility maintenance & repair services; coordinates the use of conference rooms in JTK Administration Building; oversees the leasing of County-owned office space to non-County agencies and leases space on behalf of the County; maintains blueprints, drawings, plans and specifications for all County-owned buildings; and provides assistance in emergency situations.
