How to select a DuPage County benchmark and view the detailed information about the benchmark: "HOW TO USE INTERACTIVE MAP"
HOW TO USE INTERACTIVE MAP "TOOLS". When you open the new "DUPAGE COUNTY SURVEY BENCHMARKS INTERACTIVE MAP": Click on the “HELP” in the upper right hand corner.
KNOWN ISSUES:
If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer. Example: (IE 6.0 or older) You must upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.0
If you are using an older monitor, the benchmark application "text" on your monitor (Example: Township Names and Range Text) may appear to overlap or not show up properly. Expand or maximize your window to the full extent of your screen. Then zoom in to locate a benchmark.
If you are using an older computer - The initial map view maybe slow in loading to your screen.
