Family Law (Divorce, Child Support, Custody)

Forms for filing for Divorce, Requesting and Modifying Child Support and Visitation, and Modifying Child Custody can be found at the Self-Help Center at Southern Illinois University and at   Illinois Legal Aid Online. 

DuPage County residents who wish to represent themselves may want to take advantage of  Night Court, a program designed to assist people  who are enforcing judgments from their divorce or modifying child support.  There are special Forms available from the Clerk of Court for this purpose.

The Office of the Appellate Defender has created packets for expungement.  They have a complete forms guide with information about expungement and/or sealing records.
