Family Law (Divorce, Child Support, Custody)

DuPage County residents who wish to represent themselves may want to take advantage of  Night Courta program designed to assist people  who are enforcing judgments from their divorce or modifying child support.  There are special Forms available from the Clerk of Court for this purpose

Small Claims Court

Renting and Landlord/Tenant Issues

Many tenant problems are addressed by Prairie State Legal Services Renter's Handbook.  Landlord and tenant concerns are also  addressed at Southern Illinois University's Self-Help Center, and by articles at Illinois Legal Aid Online.

Expungement Guide

The Office of the Appellate Defender has created packets for expungement.  They have a complete forms guide with information about expungement and/or sealing records.
