STATEMENT BY DU PAGE COUNTY BOARD CHAIRMAN ROBERT J. SCHILLERSTROM ON THE NEW RUNWAY AT O'HARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

“I want to congratulate the City of Chicago, Mayor Daley, the DuPage County Board, and the entire region for ensuring Chicago remains the transportation center of our nation, just as it has for the past 100 years. Now, at the dawn of the 21^st Century, we continue to make great strides to ensure O’Hare International Airport remains strong, and I look forward to being back here when we cut the ribbon for western access to the airport.”
