Residents Can Recycle Unwanted Documents by Safely Shredding Them At Addison Event

DU PAGE COUNTY DuPageCounty is pleased to announce that residents are welcome to shred their personal documents free of charge this Saturday in Addison.

Participants will be able to place their documents into a secured container which is then run through a shredder.  A video screen on the side of the truck will allow a viewing of the documents as they are shredded. 

This document shredding event, provided by DuPage County, utilizes state-of-the-art mobile shredding trucks, which are faster, more efficient, and have a high-volume destruction process.  It will save residents time and money if they are currently doing their own shredding, and destruction is done quickly while they watch.  There is a limit of three paper grocery bags or three small boxes per vehicle.  

Residents are encouraged to bring their documents to:
