DU PAGE COUNTY SPONSORING BIKE TO WORK WEEK 2009

DU PAGE COUNTY -- Enjoying the benefits of a healthier lifestyle, helping to maintain a clean environment and getting relief from higher gasoline prices are all benefits of "Bike to Work Week," which will be held at area train stations between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., June 15-19.  DuPage County is sponsoring this annual event along with the Active Transportation Alliance (formerly the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation). 

The schedule below details which stations in DuPage County will be hosting Bike to Work Week activities: 

Monday, June 15
Naperville Main Station and Route 59 Station (Naperville and Aurora sides)

Tuesday, June 16
Wheaton Main Station and Glen Ellyn Station

Wednesday, June 17
Downers Grove Main Station and Lisle Main Station

Thursday, June 18
Villa Park and Lombard Stations

Friday, June 19
Elmhurst and Hinsdale Main Stations
Itasca Station (coordinated by the Village of Itasca)
