REGISTER TODAY FOR THE 8TH ANNUAL FALL FESTIVAL 5K RUN/FAMILY WALK

Registration is now open for the DuPage Convalescent Center Foundation's 8th Annual Fall Festival 5K Run/Family Walk.  The 5K has been designated a "Best of Chicagoland" Race by the Chicago Area Runners Association. 

This 5K Run/Family Walk will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009.  Proceeds benefit the residents of the DuPage Convalescent Center.  Start time for the run and walk is at 8:25 a.m. 

This event includes three classes: runners, walkers and wheelchair racers.  This year's race will feature two team awards.  There will be trophies presented to the team with the five fastest combined times and the team which collects the most donations.  All race participants will be timed and scored and will receive a t-shirt and goody bag.  Medals are hand-made by the Center's residents and will be awarded to top finishers in over 27 different categories.
