The Probation and Court Services Department of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court serves the adult criminal justice and the juvenile justice systems in DuPage County as governed by law.
We are dedicated to achieving justice for victims and to enhanceing safety for our neighborhoods. We will hold offenders accountable and guide them toward becoming lawful members of the community.

We seek to be a thriving organization that builds relationships with the community, Victims, offenders and criminal justice partners and employs proven strategies to increase offender competencies and to reduce recidivism, resulting in improved public safety and quality of life for our citizens.
