Hello,

During our winter term at North Central College five of us were enrolled in a class called SPC 214 group process. While engaging in the course we were faced with a Group Community Service Project. The requirements were to join a work site of our choice and do something for the work site. Bethlyn choose The Probation Services and easily convinced us to join the organization. We researched and developed with Steven and Karen, fellow members of your organization, and came to the conclusion that you needed different solutions to occupy your time. We are all faced with difficult choices and sometimes the situation that we find ourselves in is not optimal and we make bad choices. However, we discovered that maybe you did not know all of the many alternative options that DuPage County offers the youth. We had meetings with a few of you at the Probation Site and you unraveled what you were interested in. One of our main goals was to develop this site with your IDEAS. We hoped that if you had part ownership of the development of our web site you just might use it. We embarked on a challenging quest to find the places that would offer what you were interested in. The links on this site are only a few alternatives. There are so many more out there. Take your time and find something that interests you.
