For removal of Social Security Numbers & Personal Numbers from a Recorder's image, please fill out the request form below.The State Statute HB5586 exempts State or Federal Tax Liens, or Death Certificates from redaction.

Prior to completing this form use the Online Documents link to search for recorded documents that may apply to this State Statute and contain personal information listed below.
