Statement from DuPage County State’s Attorney Joe Birkett Regarding Judge Torluemke’s decision in the Cameron Tyson case

WHEATON – “I am extremely pleased that Judge Torluemke agreed with my office in allowing blood and urine samples to be submitted as evidence in this case.  Because of Judge Torluemke’s decision, which follows the letter of the law, Cameron Tyson entered a plea of guilty to DUI and will be held accountable for his actions.”
