MAN CHARGED IN BLOOMINGDALE MURDER DENIED BOND

WHEATON – Facing charges of First Degree Murder, Timothy Bailey-Woodson (d.o.b. 9/28/1985) of Chicago, appeared in Bond Court this afternoon where Judge Peter Ostling ordered he be held without bond.  Bailey-Woodson’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 30, 2009, in front of Judge Kathryn Creswell.
