The DuPage County Veterans Memorial, Inc. is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation. The corporation has been organized under the Internal Revenue Service code, and meets the tax criteria for a not-for-profit organization.

Do all things proper and necessary to plan, select a site for, erect and maintain a proper memorial as a tribute to DuPage County veterans who have served, and will serve, the United States of America by their respective services in the armed forces of the United States.
