DuPage Convalescent Center Foundation Fall Festival Offers Something for Everyone

The DuPage Convalescent Center Foundation will host its 47th annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Center’s back parking lot. The family-friendly event benefits the Convalescent Center’s Resident Recreation Fund, which helps improve and support residents’ quality of life.

The event features a wide variety of attractions aimed at all ages, including a classic car show, children’s games, garage sale, book fair, craft sale, Animal Care & Control pet adoption, live music and a flea market. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Attendees could win a number of raffle prizes including homemade quilts, a wine basket and a foursome at the 2015 DuPage Convalescent Center Foundation Golf Outing. Apple slices, taffy apples and scarecrows will also be available for purchase.

Major sponsors include Stratford Dental, Rutledge Company LLC and Henry Bros. Company. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available for as low as $100.

This event is open to the public and all attendees may enjoy free admission and parking, however, donations are accepted.

The DuPage Convalescent Center is a 360-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility which has served the residents of DuPage County for 125 years. The DuPage Convalescent Center is located at 400 N. County Farm Road in Wheaton on the west side of the DuPage County Complex.
