Long Range Transportation Plan

During the month of February, DuPage County residents have a unique opportunity to influence the future of our County’s road, trail and transit system. We are hosting four public meetings to hear your ideas for improving transportation throughout DuPage. We want to know how you feel about issues including traffic flow, safety, system reliability, transit services, and more. This is part of our effort to create DuPage County’s first Long Range Transportation Plan. This plan, known as DuPage Connects, will govern transportation policies and practices at the County for the next 25 years. The goal of the plan is to help ensure a sustainable and vibrant quality of life for residents and businesses.

All four meetings are identical in content and will be conducted in an open house format. The public is welcome to attend anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. Exhibits will be on display and County representatives will be available to answer questions. The meetings will provide information on existing conditions and ways to stay informed about the plan process. Comment cards will be distributed and attendees will be encouraged to participate in an online survey available at
