Building & Zoning Schedule of Fees
The revised Schedule of Fees (PDF) is effective November 1, 2018 (the residential bonds have changed)
*The application fees for the Health Department - the fee for Type I accessory structures & fences is $130.00 and Type II additions is $213.00.
The Green Building Incentive program is new as of March 15, 2015
There is a Public Agency category for commercial permits.
- A non-refundable application fee is required to be paid at the time of submittal of a building permit application. This fee will then be credited towards your permit fees upon permit issuance
- Building re-inspection fees have changed. Prior to scheduling the first re-inspection a fee of is $50.00 is required; prior to scheduling the second re-inspection a fee of $75.00 is required; prior to scheduling all subsequent re-inspections a fee
of $100.00 will be required. The fee for any re-inspection involving a Notice of Violation shall be $100.00. This may be facilitated by phone with the use of a major credit card
