Impact Fee Program Information & Forms
County Fair Share Road Improvement Impact Fee Program began in 1989. Its intent
is to assist the County in financing highway capital improvements that are made
necessary by new development. Fees are assessed on NEW DEVELOPMENT throughout the County, regardless of whether the development is in a
municipality or is in unincorporated DuPage County. Fees are also collected whether a new development is located adjacent to a County highway or to a State or village road.
