The Regional Household Hazardous Waste Facility in Naperville is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays & Sundays excluding holidays; New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

    Medical Waste (Needles/Sharps)

    Important!!  Do not place sharps/needles in with recycling.  Many retail pharmacies and some health care providers offer prescription & needles/sharps mail-back envelopes for a fee. Never place loose needles/sharps into waste or recycling bins.  Check the DuPage County Online Recycling Guide section for additional disposal options for needles/sharps.
