Early Voting

DuPage County qualified voters may vote "early" at the  DuPage County Election Commission beginning 40 days prior to an election.

Attention: In light of the February 5, 2018 Appellate Court Order For Stay Pending Appeal in Rottman v. ISBE, et al., No. 18-0234 in reference to the Attorney General race, ballots will not be ready as anticipated by February 12th.
The Election Commission anticipates that ballots will be available by February 21st, by which time challenges to a candidate's placement on the ballot should be determined and the official ballot and voting equipment prepared.
Should ballots be available prior to February 21st, we will update our website.  In the interim, any voters who arrive at the Election Commission office will be provided with an application to Vote By Mail.
When Early Voting and Grace Period Registration does commence, it will be offered at the locations and dates specified below.

The first day to mail or cast an Early Voting ballot at the Election Commission for the March 20, 2018 General Primary Election, is Thursday, February 21st.

Early Voting will be open at locations throughout DuPage County beginning Monday, March 5, 2018.
