Registration for Parent Education Class - Parents & Kids in Partnership Seminar

The Illinois Supreme Court rules mandate that all parents involved in a paternity action attend a parent education course. The DuPage County Family Center offers this course at the Family Center two to three times per month. The class is 4 hours in length.

You will be notified only if we are unable to register you in your first choice. A reminder letter will be mailed approximately 10 days prior to your scheduled class time.

Classroom Delivery for Parents and Kids (PAK)

Classes are held at the DuPage County Family Center, 422 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton

  • This course is approved by the 18th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois and meets the requirements of the Illinois Supreme Court for parent education.
  • Check in 15 minutes prior to seminar.
  • No late arrivals allowed in the seminar.
  • A $50 fee is expected at the time of the seminar (cash, check, or money order).
  • A $10 fee is assessed for failure to show or cancellation with less than 24 hour notice.
  • Children are not permitted in the seminar.

As you will see on the registration form, classes are scheduled for specific dates. Please check your calendar carefully.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate for court to verify your attendance in the class.
