This page contains all information necessary for applying to DuPage County jobs with departments reporting to the County Board.

To apply for County Department Jobs:

Elected Official Jobs

Elected Officials and some other departments are responsible for their own recruiting; you must contact that particular office directly to inquire about their application procedures.

Important Applicant Information

  • DuPage County only accepts applications for posted positions.  
  • Applicants may apply for up to six (6) positions per application.     
  • All applications must be received by the end of the business day on the date the posting closes in order to be considered. 
  • Applicants will be considered for employment based upon but not limited to their ability to meet the minimum job requirements, education/training, and experience relevant to the position. 
  • Due to the large volume of applications received, applicants will only be contacted by a Human Resources Representative if selected for an interview.
