29 Illinois Administrative Code Part 301
Part 301 of Title 29 addresses requirements that ESDAs and/or disaster agencies must comply with. The State is requesting information on emergency operation plans and the exercise of emergency operation plans with a correlation to the 32 FEMA Core Capabilities.
These requirements are different than those presented and reflected in the 2018 EOP.
Please note, the changes highlighted in the below presentation must be met for the 2020 EOP due September 1, 2020.
