Illinois Joining Forces (IJF) is an organization sponsored by the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs (IDVA) and Illinois Military Affairs (Illinois Army and Air Force National Guard) to provide assistance to veterans and their families.  Their Website is and when you go there, you can find information on topics such as; Emergency Assistance, Education, Disability Benefits and other items.  You can also find information on civilian support organizations and agencies specifically for each county.


VA Hines Hospital Day at DuPage County, May 31, 9am - 3pm, Auditorium, DuPage County Building, 421 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL.  Fifteen different departments from Hines Hospital will be there to give presentations and to answer questions.  Breakfast and lunch is provide, so please RSVP to: 630-407-5655.  This is open to everyone.
