County Clerk: Paul Hinds

Paul HindsThe County Clerk is the Clerk of the DuPage County Board, Secretary of the Emergency Telephone System Board and the Secretary of the Liquor Control Commission. As such, the Clerk must attend all meetings, keep a record of the proceedings and attest to all ordinances and resolutions.  The Clerk warrants the County Treasurer to pay all county bills. The County Clerk also compiles an "About DuPage Government Resource Guide", containing addresses and phone numbers of Federal, State, Township and Local Officials.
